Returns & Refunds

At Introverts Shop, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes things don’t work out, so we’ve made our refund policy straightforward and easy to follow.

Eligibility for Refunds:
  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Refunds are only available for items purchased directly from Introverts Shop. If you purchased our products from a third-party retailer, please contact them directly for return instructions.
How to Request a Refund:
  1. Contact us at hey@introverts.art with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  3. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
Processing Your Refund:
  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.
  • Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent, defective item).
  • If you return an item that was part of a promotion (e.g., buy one, get one free), the refund amount may be adjusted to reflect the value of the promotional discount.
Exchanges:
  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Refundable Items:
  • Gift cards and final sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Return Shipping:
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hey@introverts.art. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
